Blogger Caveman in Beruit and Mrs. Caveman have left Beruit.
Evidently the exit was long planned and not precipitous although not previously announced to the blogosphere.
We rejoice in Caveman's intention to continue to "post extensively on the situation in Beirut", and to "try to post more on wider issues pertinent to the greater Middle East region".
His insightful commentary fortifies our knowledge of the region's events with key facts and with the understanding of well-digested experience.
He reports that the big source of discomfort in the one-time Paris of the Mid-East in recent days has been the distortions, outright lies, and deceptions of the pro-Syria spinners.
Sounds familiar, like cetain elements in this country, only worse, if you can believe it.
Caveman has inspired me to compose a post about "Gathering Non-Prejudice". Coming soon, at this blogspot, Lord willing.
